Soft-pack Retractable Grandstand
The soft-pack retractable grandstand consists of two main parts: a telescopic frame system and a soft-pack seat system. Each component is made of high-quality materials to ensure both stability and comfort.
Telescopic frame system: includes load-bearing beams, sub-beams, step plates, telescopic guide rails, locking devices, and drive system. The main frame is usually made of Q235 high-strength alloy steel, and the step plates are made of anti-slip patterned aluminum plates or solid wood composite boards. The drive system includes a silent motor and a manual transmission rod. We require the frame to have a corrosion resistance level >= C4, an overall load-bearing capacity >= 350 kg/m², and an operating noise level <= 50 decibels for electric models. The telescopic locking device has a double self-locking function, eliminating the risk of accidental slippage.
Upholstered Seating System: Includes seat base, back support, upholstery layer, and fabric layer. The seat base is made of high-density polyethylene, the upholstery layer is made of high-resilience polyurethane foam, and the fabric layer is made of wear-resistant leather, imitation suede, waterproof Oxford cloth, etc. The foam has a resilience rate of >=70%, compression set of <=5%, and the fabric has an abrasion resistance of >=50,000 cycles. The fire rating reaches B1 level. The waterproof fabric has the characteristics of being stain-resistant and easy to clean. When used outdoors, it can resist ultraviolet aging.

Outdoor weather-resistant padded telescopic grandstand: Made of waterproof, UV-resistant and corrosion-resistant outdoor-specific padded fabric, the frame is hot-dip galvanized and treated with outdoor-specific powder coating, suitable for outdoor venues such as open-air stadiums, outdoor theaters, and high-end community events.
